Allinson Wholemeal Self Raising Flour is milled from 100% whole grains to add texture and taste to your cakes, muffins and pancakes. You can use this wholemeal self raising flour whenever a recipe states self-raising flour but add a little more liquid as the wholemeal bran absorbs more than standard flour. We mill British grains to make this flour and wherever possible source wheat from the farms around our mill in Bishop Stortford. Allinson Wholemeal Self Raising Flour is approved by Assured Food Standards and The Little Red Tractor logo guarantees it’s produced by an alliance of farmers, processors, retailers and distributors who work together to maintain and raise production standards.
